DELIVERIES

GENERAL

  • All products purchased will be delivered to the individual and address shown on the or-der.
  • By default, if an invoice is expressly requested, it will be sent to the e-mail address pro-vided by the customer when registering.
  • Orders will not be despatched or delivered on Saturdays, Sundays and public holidays.
  • An order shall be considered to have been delivered at the moment when the carrier delivers the package or packages to the customer and the customer signs the delivery receipt slip. It is the customer's responsibility to check the state of the goods upon receipt and indicate any anomalies in the delivery note.

PRODUCT AVAILABILITY

All orders are subject to product availability. In the event of difficulty supplying products or if there are no remaining items in stock, you will receive a refund of any amount paid.

DELIVERY PERIODS

  • Mainland Spain: 1 to 3 working days.
  • “Spain, non-mainland”: 3 to 5 working days.
  • International: 7 working days.

DELIVERY CHARGES

Postages cost are €5 for deliveries to mainland Spain, €15 to the Canary Islands, Ceuta, Melilla and the Balearic Islands* and €20 to European Union member states. For all other international deliveries, please consult us for charges by writing to tien-daonline@zaitegui.es

* Deliveries to Ceuta, Balearic Islands, Canary Islands, Melilla and Gibraltar; possible cus-toms duties are not included in our rates and will be invoiced separately.

ORDERS WITHIN THE EUROPEAN UNION

All orders despatched in European Union countries are sent in accordance with the inter-national trade rule DDP (“Delivery Duty Paid”), which requires that all taxes be included in the final price. Deliveries to Switzerland: All prices include sales tax (Value Added Tax or VAT) as well as customs duties and handling costs. In the event of returns, customs duties and handling costs will not be refunded.

Zaitegui takes Internet security very seriously and we strive to ensure total security for all your shopping in our virtual store. Zaitegui uses secure payment systems from leading e-commerce financial institutions. Any confidential information (such as bank details, per-sonal information, etc.) is entered only in the system of the financial institution itself, where it is encrypted and cannot be accessed.

POLICY ON EXCHANGE, RETURN AND CANCELLATION

Legal right to cancel purchase: Right to cancel 

Any consumer and user is entitled to withdraw from the contract within a period of 14 calendar days without needing to provide justification. If you wish to cancel your purchase, you can return the product you have acquired. The cancellation period expires 14 calendar days from the date on which you took material possession of the goods in your order.

To exercise your right to cancellation, please notify us of your decision to withdraw from the contract by writing to tiendaonline@zaitegui.es or contact us via the customer account section of our website, www.zaitegui.es.

 If you choose to notify us of your decision to cancel the purchase using the procedure established on the website, please enter the customer account section and proceed as follows:

  • Go to the "Order history" section in your customer account. 
  • Select the order from which you wish to return one or all items , by clicking on the "Details" section.
  • Selects the item or items you wish to return by marking the check box next to your name and contact information.
  • Select the number of items you wish to return. 
  • If you want, you can optionally add a short comment to let our team know the reasons for the return. 
  • Click on "Request return”.

To fulfil the legal period for cancellation, you only need to send notice of your intention to exercise this right before the 14-day period expires 

Once you have completed the above steps, return of your items will be processed and our team will send confirmation, in the shortest possible time, of acceptance of the return, enclosing a return label with the message.

Once you have received the message with the return label, place the item in a package, enclosing the label and indicating the name of the sender and the order number. 

The return will be carried out without undue delay by our courier service, who we will send to collect the item within 3 working days from receipt of your cancellation notice. When sending us notice of cancellation, please give a collection address, day and time for collection (within the 3 working days following your notification of cancellation) and a contact phone number, so that we can arrange for the item to be collected by the courier service. You are hereby informed that any personal data required for collection of the item will be furnished by us to the transport company.

The direct cost of return of the product (i.e. the cost of transport/courier's fees) will be met by us.

In the event of cancellation, we will refund you all payments received, including the costs of delivery (except for any additional expenses that may have been incurred if you chose a delivery method other than the least costly ordinary delivery system we offer), with no undue delay, and in all cases in less than 14 calendar days from the date on which you notify us of your decision to cancel the contract. You will be refunded using the same means of payment as used for the original transaction. Notwithstanding the above, we may withhold repayment until we have received the products or until such time as you submit proof that you have returned them, whichever be the earlier.

The right to cancel shall apply only to items that are returned in the same conditions in which you received them. Please return the item with all its original wrapping and any instructions and other documents that were enclosed with it, making sure that the product labels have not been torn off and the product has not been used or handled.

Return of faulty products

If, upon receiving your order, you consider that the item does not meet the conditions agreed in the contract, please contact us at tiendaonline@zaitegui.es, via the customer account section of our website at www.zaitegui.es, or by calling (+34) 94 680 09 56 (Balmaseda) or (+34) 94 647 08 08 (Zalla). Please provide information on the item and a description of the damage or defect.

You can return the item physically at any of our shops or ask us to send our courier service to collect it.

We will examine the item carefully and notify you by e-mail how you should go about receiving a replacement or a refund. We will send the replacement or refund as soon as possible and in all events within a period of 14 calendar days from the date on which we sent you an e-mail confirming refund or replacement of the item.

Any amounts paid for damaged or faulty products will be refunded in full, including the costs of post and packaging and any expenses arising from return of the defective item. You will receive the refund by the same means you used to pay for the item.
